NEBA has developed a suite of web services as a convenient member-friendly solution for tasks that are expensive and cumbersome to administer using traditional paper processes. These web solutions provide an efficient and secure means for Participants to communicate with the Fund Office and provide needed documentation via an encrypted submission portal. Many Participants feel safer submitting their documents this way, rather than by sending sensitive information through the mail. Participants can even use the camera feature on their mobile devices to upload pictures of required documents. Our web services include:

We offer these solutions to our self-administered friends in the Taft-Hartley community at an affordable price, because we know it can be cost-prohibitive for a self-administered fund to develop or lease software to address these tasks. Our web service solutions provide an efficient and secure means for Participants to communicate with the Fund Office and provide needed documentation via an encrypted submission portal. Many Participants feel safer submitting their documents this way, rather than by sending sensitive information through the mail.
